Entities are designed to help or attack the player, with each having unique mechanics. Each hostile entity has their own uniquely terrifying jumpscare. The most common of these items include the [Flashlight](\u002Fwiki\u002Fflashlight), [Battery Pack](\u002Fwiki\u002Fbattery-pack) or [Medicines](\u002Fwiki\u002Fmedicines), although items spawns more uncovered than in containers. Players can also choose to buy said items in shops in the elevator at the start of the run.
